Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Refocusing the budget during the Covid�19 pandemic caused a significant reduction in capital expenditure for the Tangerang City Government. Purrpose: This study aims to examine and analyze how much influence the regional original income and/or balancing funds have on the Tangerang City government's capital expenditures. Method: The method used in this study uses an associative quantitative approach because it is in line with the data that has been provided and the problems taken. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation by collecting writings, journals, articles related to the problems that I will discuss, and Tangerang City Financial Statements and Budget Realization Reports (LRA). Result: The results of the t test show a significance value of 0.606 and greater than 0.05. The results of the t test show a significance value of 0.028 and less than 0.05. The results of the F test show a significance value of 0.000 and less than 0.05. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the conclusion is that local revenue has no effect on capital expenditures in the Tangerang City Government. The balancing fund has a significant effect on capital expenditure in the Tangerang City Government. Local revenue and balancing funds have a significant effect on capital expenditure in the Tangerang City Government. Keywords: Regional Original Income, Balance Fund, Capital Expenditure.
