Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research). This modern era uses technology to make a job easier. In carrying out government functions, namely in the field of population services in managing birth certificates, the Kediri City Population and Civil Registration Office has implemented technology to perform population services, especially in the field of making birth certificates. Objective: to find out and analyze birth certificate services through the SAKTI application.Methode: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews, observation and documentation Result: The quality of birth certificate services through the SAKTI application at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Kediri, East Java Province has not been achieved on the indicators of standard operating procedures and supporting facilities and infrastructure for SAKTI application services because there is no specific SOP regarding birth certificate services through the SAKTI application and deficiencies are still found in network or server capabilities. Conclusion: Birth certificate services through the SAKTI application have several problems including inadequate facilities and infrastructure, lack of socialization and public understanding, incomplete requirements documents owned by the community, lack of facilities owned by the community. Several efforts have also been made through improving facilities and infrastructure, increasing outreach activities, providing solutions for people whose requirements cannot be met, and establishing a dukcapil agent. Keywords: Service, Birth Certificate, SAKTI Application ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): (Berisi background yang melatarbelakangi penelitian). Era modern ini serba menggunakan teknologi untuk mempermudah suatu pekerjaan. Dalam menjalankan fungsi pemerintahan yaitu di bidang pelayanan kependudukan dalam mengurus akta kelahiran Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Kediri telah menjalankan teknologi untuk melakukan pelayanan kependudukan terutama di bidang pembuatan akta kelahiran.Tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelayanan akta kelahiran melalui aplikasi SAKTI. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif, dimana penulis memperoleh data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan Kualitas pelayanan akta kelahiran melalui aplikasi SAKTI pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Kediri Provinsi Jawa Timur belum tercapai pada indikator standar operasional prosedur serta sarana dan prasarana pendukung pelayanan aplikasi SAKTI dikarenakan belum ada SOP khusus terkait pelayanan akta kelahiran melalui aplikasi SAKTI dan masih ditemukan kekurangan pada kemampuan jaringan atau server. Kesimpulan: pelayanan akta kelahiran melalui aplikasi SAKTI terdapat beberapa permasalahan diantaranya sarana dan prasarana yang belum maksimal, kurangnya sosialisasi dan pemahaman masyarakat, ketidaklengkapan dokumen persyaratan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat, kurangnya fasilitas yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat. Beberapa upaya juga telah dilakukan melalui peningkatan sarana dan prasarana, meningkatkan kegiatan sosialisasi, menyediakan solusi bagi masyarakat yang persyaratannya tidak dapat dipenuhi, dan membentuk dukcapil agent.
