Abstract
ABSTRACT Pronlem Statement/ Background (GAP): The rapid development of information technology in recent years has developed in almost all aspects of life. Government is one of the aspects affected and takes advantage of the development of information technology in the implementation of its activities. One form of using information technology in government is to create a Facebook page that becomes an information center and also a liaison between the government and the community. One of the local governments that utilizes and also manages Facebook pages is the East Luwu Regency Government, South Sulawesi Province which is the locus of this research. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the DISKOMINFO-SP facebook page in East Luwu Regency. Method: This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive model which was analyzed using an inductive pattern. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Result: The results of the research on the effectiveness of Facebook are focused on implementation during December 2021 which shows that the DISKOMINFO-SP Facebook page of East Luwu Regency has been managed effectively which is characterized by an average number of reach of 3,026 per post and an average number of interactions in each post. made of 173 interactions. In addition, the people who became informants in this study were generally satisfied with the facebook page even though there were some inputs/suggestions submitted. Conclusion: The DISKOMINFO-SP facebook page of East Luwu Regency is quite effective. It is characterized by Productivity, average reach per post, average interaction generated from each post. Keywords : Effectiveness, Information Technology, Facebook ABSTRAK Permasalahan/ Latar Belakang (GAP): Perkembangan pada sektor teknologi informasi beberapa tahun belakangan berkembang sangat pesat pada hampir seluruh aspek dalam kehidupan sehari – hari. Pemerintahan menjadi salah satu aspek yang terdampak dan turut memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi tersebut pada pelaksanaan kegiatannya. Salah satu bentuk dari pemanfaatan teknologi informasi pada pemerintahan adalah dengan membuat halaman facebook yang menjadi portal informasi dan juga jembatan antara pemerintah dengan masyarakat. Salah satu Pemerintah Daerah yang memanfaatkan dan juga mengelola halaman facebook adalah Pemerintah Kabupaten Luwu Timur, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang menjadi lokus dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan: Adapun maksud dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas dari halaman facebook DISKOMINFO-SP Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model deskriptif yang dianalisis dengan pola induktif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri atas reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/ Temuan: Hasil dari penelitian terhadap efektifitas facebook tersebut difokuskan pada pelaksanaan selama bulan Desember 2021 yang menunjukan bahwa halaman facebook DISKOMINFO-SP Kabupaten Luwu Timur telah dikelola dengan efektif yang ditandai dengan jumlah rata - rata jangkauan sebesar 3.026 per postingan dan jumlah rata – rata interaksi pada setiap postingan yang dibuat sebesar 173 interaksi.Selain itu, masyarakat yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini secara umum sudah merasa puas dengan halaman facebook tersebut meskipun terdapat beberapa masukan/saran yang disampaikan. Kesimpulan: Halaman facebook DISKOMINFO-SP Kabupaten Luwu TImur sudah cukup efektif. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan Produktifitas, rata – rata jangkauan per postingan, rata – rata interaksi yang dihasilkan dari setiap postingan. Kata Kunci : Efektifitas, Teknologi Informasi, Facebook
