Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the perception of the people in Demak Regency on the usefulness and ease of use of the LAPOR! website. in Demak Regency. Purpose: This study aims to know the public's perception of the usability and ease of use of the LAPOR! website in Demak Regency. Method: The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Result: The results of this study indicate that the criteria for each indicator are achieved. However, some disturbances were still found, namely there were still some disturbances, namely there were regional apparatuses that did not follow up on complaints, the website loading time was quite long, the website sometimes went down/error, there were warnings the website was not safe and there were features that were not yet available. Conclusion: Public perception of the usability and ease of use of the LAPOR! in Demak Regency tends to be good. In order to improve the public's perception, it is recommended to conduct monitoring and evaluation, add special features, maintain the website periodically, improve features and increase the loading time of the website according to standards. Website, Usability and Ease of Use ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penulis berfokus pada persepsi masyarakat di Kabupaten Demak terhadap kegunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan website LAPOR! di Kabupaten Demak. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap kegunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan website LAPOR! di Kabupaten Demak. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kriteria pada setiap indikator tercapai. Namun, masih ditemukan beberapa gangguan yaitu masih terdapat beberapa gangguan yaitu terdapat perangkat daerah yang tidak menindaklanjuti aduan, loading time website cukup lama, website terkadang down/error, adanya peringatan situs web tidak aman dan terdapat fitur yang belum tersedia. Kesimpulan: Persepsi masyarakat terhadap kegunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan website LAPOR! di Kabupaten Demak cenderung baik. Guna meningkatkan persepsi masyarakat tersebut, disarankan untuk mengadakan monitoring dan evaluasi, menambahkan fitur khusus, merawat website secara periodik, memperbaiki fitur dan meningkatkan loading time website sesuai standar.
