Abstract
ABSTRAK Salah satu masalah terbesar di Indonesia adalah kemiskinan. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat Indonesia, Kementerian Sosial Republik Indonesia memiliki program yang disebut Program Keluarga Harapan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga miskin. Program ini pertama kali dilaksanakan pada tahun 2007 di tujuh provinsi di Indonesia, termasuk Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pelaksanaan PKH di Kota Banjar dimulai pada tahun 2014. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada masyarakat Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) yang merupakan anggota dari penerima Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kota Banjar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Program Keluarga Harapan terhadap Kesejahteraan Keluarga Penerima Manfaat di Kota Banjar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yang di terapkan pada 92 sampel sebagai responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu angket/kuesioner, analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis non direksional dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa R Square dengan nilai sebesar 0,576 artinya bahwa persentase pengaruh Program Keluarga Harapan terhadap Kesejahteraan Keluarga Penerima Manfaat adalah sebesar 57,6% dan sisanya 42,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini didapat bahwa t hitung 11.474, angka tersebut lebih besar dari t tabel (1.66071) sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh dari Program Keluarga Harapan terhadap kesejahteraan Keluarga Penerima Manfaat di Kota Banjar. To improve the quality of life of the Indonesian people, the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia has a program called the Family Hope Program that aims to improve the welfare of poor families. This program was first implemented in 2007 in seven provinces in Indonesia, including West Java Province. The implementation of PKH in Kota Banjar started in 2014. This research was conducted in the community of Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) who are members of the Program Keluarga Harapn (PKH) recipients in Banjar City. This research aims to determine the effect of the Family Hope Program on the Welfare of Beneficiary Families in Banjar City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method applied to 92 samples as respondents. The research instrument used is a questionnaire, the data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and non-directional hypothesis testing using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results generated from this study are R Square shows a value of 0.576 which means that the percentage of the influence of the Family Hope Program on the Welfare of Beneficiary Families is 57.6% and the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing in this study found that t count 11.474 where the number is greater than t table (1.66071) so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of the Family Hope Program on the welfare of Beneficiary Families in Banjar City. Keywords: Poverty, Welfare, Program Keluarga Harapan.
