Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem/Background (GAP): The People's Online Aspiration and Complaints Service (LAPOR) is present as a forum for aspirations and complaints from the community based on applications and websites that aim to realize the "no wrong door policy" so that any public complaints of various types of reports will be submitted to service providers. Purpose: This study aims to see how the application of the People's Online Aspirations and Complaints Service (LAPOR) as a complaint service for the community in Bone Regency. Methods: The research design used is a qualitative descriptive research method with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques include semi-structured interviews, participatory observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Results: The results show that the implementation of the People's Online Aspiration and Complaints Service (LAPOR) has been implemented well, but in its application in the community it is still not fully implemented by the community, this is based on the theory of application through three elements, namely the program implemented, the target group, and Implementation. Conclusion: The application of the People's Online Aspiration and Complaints Service (LAPOR) in Bone Regency is considered not optimal. In the implementation process, there are 3 dimensions that are an important part, namely the Program implemented, the Target Group, and the Implementation, where there are still several problems that must be addressed immediately.
