Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the problem where the performance of employees in the Denpasar City Regional Revenue Agency from October to December 2020 gives fluctuating results. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the performance of the apparatus after the implementation of E-Kinerja at the Regional Revenue Agency of Denpasar City, to analyze the obstacles encountered during the implementation of E-Kinerja and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles. Methods: This study used a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach and analysis of the performance theory of Mondy, Neo, Premeaux in Priansa. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews (10 informants), documentation and observation. Results/Findings: The competence of the apparatus is not maximized in the field of information and communication technology, the lack of discipline of the apparatus in filling out E-performance and inadequate infrastructure. Conclusion: That the implementation of E-performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Denpasar City is quite good although it is not optimal in terms of performance indicators, namely the quantity of work, quality of work, independence, initiative, adaptability and cooperation, this is indicated by the inconsistent performance results.
