Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): A marriage certificate is legal evidence that a marriage has been carried out. With a marriage certificate, husband and wife have protection and recognition related to marital status, rights and obligations of each and related to the administration of birth certificates for children born. Nowadays, long queues in taking care of marriage certificates make people lazy to take care of them, therefore there is a need for a service innovation that can make it easier for people to take care of marriage certificates, namely online through Website Akudicari Purpose: This research is focused on looking at the effectiveness of the service of making marriage certificates through the Akudicari Website , the obstacles faced, and the efforts made by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Badung Regency. Method: The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach. Results: Service activities have been running well on indicators of productivity, efficiency, flexibility, satisfaction, quality and service quality for making marriage certificates, but there are still obstacles faced, namely not all Badung Regency people know about the Website Akudicarimastering technology, people are not aware of the importance of population documents. Conclusion: The service for making marriage certificates through Website has been running well according to the indicators used. The author suggests that in order to improve services, the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Badung Regency makes various efforts to overcome the obstacles faced.
