Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the problem of slow service in issuing Family Cards because the authorized official is not in place due to other reasins. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of electronic signature service in the issuance of Family Card in Rokan Hilir Regency. Method: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods on service quality according to Zeithaml Theory. Data collection techniques were carried out by pbservation, in-depth interview (7 informants), and documentation. Result: The findings obtained by the authors in this study are that the quality of service is quite good, the implementation is classified as good, and the utilization of the results is classified as good, althoghh it ias still constrained by problematic internet network connectivity and lack of public. Conclusion: The quality of electronic signature service in the issuance of Family Cards at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Rokan Hilir Regency is carried out well in terms of service, the officer provide good and responsive service so that the electronic signature service in Issuance of Family Cards runs smoothly.
