Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Employee discipline is an important factor that affects work productivity. Purpose: As technology develops, more sophisticated android-based attendance is applied in the enforcement of employee discipline.Method: The method that researchers use is descriptive qualitative research with an inductive approach. Data obtained by wawacara techniques, observations and documentation. Technical data analysis through data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing.Result: The results of this study show that the Central Halmahera Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in the implementation of this android attendance is in accordance with the policy.Conclusion: Factors that hinder the implementation of android attendance have not been orderly employees and the unavailability of SOP in the implementation of android attendance. Efforts were made to overcome obstacles in the form of increased supervision and meetings between OPD related to the discussion of SOP. Keywords: Implementation, Attendance, Discipline
