Abstract
Problem Statement/ Background (GAP) : Tawangmangu District is an area that is prone to emergency and disaster events, but its location is far from hospitals and the lack of referral vehicles is one of the threats to public safety. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze how the collaboration between the government, the private sector, and the community in the Ambilin Badr program acts as a provider of referral vehicles for the community. Method: This study used a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach. Result: Based on data analysis, the implementation of collaboration in the Ambilin Badar program is going quite well, it's just that there are a few shortcomings in the leadership aspect of the stakeholders. The obstacle to this program lies in the lack of funding.
