Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research). The implementation of integrated sub-district administration services (PATEN) which has now turned into an online service. We can see the form of implementing integrated sub-district administrative services (PATEN) online in Tanah Laut Regency from the website https://portal.tanahlautkab.go.id/ the website which can be accessed by every community with various kinds of information about Tanah Laut Regency but it is known that there are several sub-districts whose internal information is still not available, this can cause the community to find it difficult to know in detail about the information in the sub-district. Purpose: to find out and analyze the strategy of local government in accelerating the implementation of integrated sub-district administration services (PATEN). Methode: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Result: The regional government strategy in accelerating the implementation of sub-district integrated administrative services (PATEN) in Tanah Laut Regency has been going well but in the process there are still obstacles due to lack of human resources in terms of quality and quantity and there are still people who do not understand about integrated administrative services district (PATEN). Conclusion: The Regional Government Strategy in Accelerating the Implementation of Integrated District Administrative Services (PATEN) in Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan Province is optimal. The supporting factors from internal factors to accelerate the implementation of integrated sub-district administrative services are good coordination and communication between internal government and related SKPDs . The external factor is a very large influence in the formulation of regional government strategies in accelerating the implementation of integrated administrative services. Direct efforts made by local governments in the implementation of acceleration are by conducting direct monitoring and inspections to sub-districts which have a basis in the form of direct instructions and regent's decrees related to integrated sub-district administrative services.
