Abstract
Problem (GAP): Small and medium enterprises are a sector that has an important role because it has a lot of impact on the absorption of labor and community income that will improve people's living standards. In Palu City, small industries decreased significantly both in terms of the number of business units and in terms of the number of workers. There are 10 excellent products, one of which is Moringa leaf chips. The Local Government is determined to develop the business potential of this Moringa leaf which is expected to help in developing the community's economy. Purpose: The main purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the development of industrial homes carried out by the Palu City Trade and Industry Office. Method: This research refers to the theory put forward by Ina Primiana about the process of developing small industries. This study uses a qualitative approach. Then, data collection is obtained through interviews, documentation and observation. While the techniques used in analyzing data are data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. Result/findings: The result of this research is the development of the moringa leaf chip industry home by the palu city disperindag through 3 ways, namely funding, coaching and potential development and managerial. Conclusion: However, there are also obstacles that cause funding has not been optimal. So that the disperindag Palu City continues to give its best efforts to overcome these obstacles.
