Abstract
Problem/Backgroung: The Community Empowerment Office and the Village Government have a strategy but BUMDes in Maburai Village have not contributed optimally related to the village's original income. The previous strategy by the Community Empowerment Office and the Village Government was that each village had BUMDes engaged in retail, which served to increase village income according to the targets achieved and could meet the needs of the community. From this strategy is considered not optimal because the Village Original Income through BUMDes is considered to have not met the desired target, so there needs to be a proper strategy to increase the original income of the village in Maburai Village. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the strategy of the Community Empowerment Office and the Village Government in increasing Village Native Income through BUMDes in Maburai Village, to describe and analyze factors that affect the strategy of the Community Empowerment Office and the Village Government in increasing Village Native Income through BUMDes in Maburai Village. Method: The design of this research is a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use a SWOT analysis matrix. The informants in this study numbered 8 people. Result: The results showed that the results of the SO (strength + opportunities) strategy, namely the development of digitalization systems in BUMDes, are related to carrying out bumdes management activities and supporting economic innovation 4.0 which has great opportunities and potential to be developed. Conclusion: The conclusions of this research are related to the great opportunities and potentials that can be developed in its implementation inhibiting factors are lack of Human Resources (HR), lack of monitoring and evaluation of BUMDes. Efforts are made to overcome the lack of human resources (HR) skills in the management of BUMDes Berkah Bersama by providing training periodically, both in information technology and skills in the management of BUMDes, efforts made by adding human resources and given training on business management that is reported periodically so that an evaluation of business type development reporting in The Village's Joint Blessing Business Entity in the Village Maburai District Murung Pudak Tabalong Regency.
