Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The 6 in 1 program is an innovation program created by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Surabaya with the aim of simplifying the process of managing population administration. The implementation of the 6 in 1 program is carried out online using an application called Klampid. In processing birth certificates online, the Department of Population and Civil Registration has collaborated with several hospitals in Surabaya. Purpose: This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the 6 in 1 program in issuing online birth certificates that are integrated with hospitals, the factors that support and hinder the issuance of online birth certificates that are integrated with hospitals, as well as the efforts made by the Population and Civil Registration Office to improve quality and overcome obstacles in the issuance of birth certificates that are integrated with hospitals. Method: The method used in this research is a qualitative method with an inductive descriptive approach. This study uses qualitative data analysis techniques, namely by selecting data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Result: The results of this study are that the issuance of online birth certificates integrated with the hospital has been going well. Previously, the issuance of birth certificates was only done at the service office or online, now it can be done at the hospital. Conclusion: The inhibiting factors for issuing birth certificates online are that there are still many people who are late in taking care of birth certificates and the lack of socialization regarding the use of the Klampid application. So that the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Surabaya seeks to integrate with hospitals to overcome the obstacles that occur.
