Abstract
The researcher focuses on the problems experienced by the community related to the quality of public services provided by the Banjarbaru City Government, South Kalimantan Province, especially the integrated complaint service through the LAPOR! application. Objectives: This study aims to determine how effective the LAPOR! in improving the quality of public services associated with Campbell's theory of effectiveness, as well as knowing the inhibiting factors as well as efforts to be made in using the LAPOR! in Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan Province. Methods: This research was conducted descriptively with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Results/Findings: The results of this study indicate that the use of the LAPOR! In improving the quality of public services to the people of Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan Province, it has been running effectively, but community participation must always be improved. Conclusion: The application of the LAPOR application! has been running effectively in accordance with Campbell's theory of effectiveness measurement used in this study that program success, target success, program satisfaction, input and output levels and overall goal achievement through the application of the LAPOR! that can be felt by all parties.
