Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP) : The implementation of the budget for handling COVID-19 has been carried out well, however, there are still obstacles in its implementation, including the adjustment of new policies and the absence of technical instructions for its implementation. Purrpose : The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the budget for handling Covid-19 at the Bengkulu City Health Office. Then to find out the inhibiting factors found by the Bengkulu City Health Office and to find out the efforts that have been made by the Bengkulu City Health Office. The research method used is descriptive qualitative Method : The method is, inductive data analysis and descriptive data presentation. The author examines based on phenomena or realities in the field. The data used are primary data in the form of interviews and documentation as well as secondary data. The informants selected by the researcher as a reference for appropriate and appropriate information in providing information about research related to the researched are the Head of the Health Service, the Secretary, the Head of the Finance and Assets Subsection, the Head of the Planning and Reporting Subdivision, the Public Service Sector and also the people who have been exposed to COVID. Result : The results showed that the implementation of the budget for handling Covid-19 at the Bengkulu City Health Office had run smoothly but there were still obstacles encountered in the field, including the absence of technical implementation instructions, adjustments to new regulations, weak human resources and education that vaccination is not dangerous. Conclusion : This have conclusion is found efforts to make it run smoothly in accordance with the objectives, among others, having to have technical instructions for implementation, coordinating the adjustment of new regulations, educating on the dangers of Covid-19, increasing knowledge or socialization of health workers and the importance of vaccination.
