Abstract
In this research, the researcher focuses on how the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling the community to prevent Covid-19 in Sragen Regency. Purpose : to find out the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in creating public order in preventing the development of the covid-19 virus to the people of Sragen Regency, to find out the problems that can hinder the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in order to maintain health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic, and to find out what efforts are being made. carried out by the apparatus in dealing with obstacles in controlling health protocols in Sragen Regency. Method : The method used is descriptive qualitative research. This study uses the theory of performance according to Agus Dwiyanto. Result : This research shows that the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit has problems regarding its personnel. Conclusion : The performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling to prevent covid-19 in Sragen Regency has been carried out well and optimally from the point of view of productivity, responsiveness and accountability. However, there is also a need for improvement and improvement when viewed from the quality of service and responsibility. Keywords: Performance, Control, Covid-19, Socialization, Society.
