Abstract
Problem Statement/Background : An electronic-based government policy, e-government began with the 2003 Presidential Instruction and was implemented in national and local government organizations. The use of information and communication technology is used by the Bulungan Regency Government in various forms of digital-based governance. The problem under study is how the application of digital publik service information is applied in the Communication and Information Office of Bulungan Regency. Purpose: This study is aimed at identifying the application of e-government as a public information service at Diskominfo, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province . Method: The method used in this paper is a descriptive method with an inductive approach. Result: The results of the study show that the policy of digitizing the delivery of publik information has been implemented with various advantages and disadvantages. The support dimension shows that the policy is based on regulations, bureaucratic structure and the active participation of Bulungan Regency to implement this policy. The capacity dimension still shows a lack of support from experts in the IT field, budget and publik awareness which is still low. The value dimension shows that digitalbased publik information services provide benefits to the government by facilitating the delivery of information to the publik. Conclusion: Of the three dimensions studied, only two dimensions meet the indicators of successful implementation of e-government according to Indrajit's e-government theory, namely the support dimension and the value dimension. The need for improvement of these three dimensions, especially the value dimension, so that the benefits of implementing e-government in public information services run optimally/ Keywords: digital-based government, publik information, capacity, support, values
