Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research service principles which include: easy, transparent, and timely are not just a slogan, but actually become a reality. Objective: to find out, analyze and describe the Public Information Disclosure Strategy as measured from aspects of environmental observation, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and evaluation and control at the Office of Communication, Informatics and Encoding, Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi Province Methode: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews, observation and documentation Result: The performance of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics in public information disclosure in Mamuju Regency is quite optimal. This can be seen from: Environmental observations from the internal side, employee awareness in information disclosure has been categorized as good. This is indicated by the employees at the Communication, Information and Encryption Offices who have disseminated information fairly well and transparently. This good but not optimal service is indicated by the Kominfo Service in realizing its vision and mission always working optimally. The implementation of the Communications and Informatics Service strategy has spread information, including in the blind spot area in Mamuju Regency by using a radio. Evaluation and control, the Communications and Informatics Service has not worked optimally. due to the shortage as it exists at this time.Conclusion: Public information disclosure can be categorized as optimal.
