Abstract
Problem Statment/Background (GAP): The background of this research is due to the potential of Lake Limboto both in terms of tourism offered to the potential for fisheries in Lake Limboto which has the potential to increase the income of the surrounding community. The problem in this research is that there is no legal regulation in the form of regional regulations governing agro-tourism areas. This study refers to the theory of tourism development according to Ayoeti (1990) with 3 indicators, namely the existence of tourist objects/attractions, accessibility and also amenities. Purpose: To describe and analyze the potential of agro-tourism in increasing the income of residents around the Lake Limboto area, the inhibiting and supporting factors in the development of the agro-tourism area around Lake Limboto. Method: The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques used through interviews, observations and documentation. Informants from this study were the Regent of Gorontalo, the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism, the Regional Planning and Development Agency, the Department of Fisheries, the Community, and Tourist Attractions. Result: The results showed that the agro-tourism area could be developed in Gorontalo district, namely Batudaa district, but there were still some obstacles such as the absence of a legal basis for local regulations governing the Limboto lake agro-tourism area. Suggestions from this research are to revise Regional Regulation No. 8 of 2017 concerning the strategic plan of the Limboto Lake spatial layout to support the development of agro-tourism areas in order to increase the income of the surrounding community. Conclusion/sugegestion: The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques used through interviews, observations and documentation. Keywords: Agrotourism, Community Income, Lake ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Latar belakang penelitian ini ialah dikarenakan potensi danau limboto baik dari segi pariwisata yang ditawarkan sampai dengan potensi perikanan di danau Limboto yang berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu belum adanya regulasi hukum berupa Peraturan Daerah yang mengatur mengenai kawasan agrowisata. Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori pengembangan pariwisata menurut a yoeti (1990) dengan 3 indikator yaitu adanya objek/atraksi wisata, adanya aksesibilitas dan juga amenitas. Tujuan: Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis potensi agro wisata dalam meningkatkan pendapatan penduduk disekitar Kawasan danau limboto faktor penghambar serta pendukung dalam pengembangan Kawasan agro wisata di sekitar danau limboto. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yatiu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunabakan melalui wawancara,observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dari penelitian ini yaitu Bupati Gorontalo, Dinas Kepemudaan,Olahraga dan Pariwisata, Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangunan daerah, Dinas Perikanan,Masyarakat, Petugas tempat wisata. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kawasan agrowisata dapat dikembangkan di kabupaten Gorontalo yaitu kecamatan Batudaa tetapi masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti belum adanya dasar hukum peraturan daerah yang mengatur mengenai kawasan agrowisata danau Limboto. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu agar merevisi Peraturan Daerah No 8 tahun 2017 tentang rencana strategis tata ruang Danau Limboto untuk mendukung pengembangan kawasan agrowisata agar dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar. Kesimpulan dan Saran: Danau Limboto yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekita yang dibuktikan dengan objek wisata yang berada di kecamatan batudaa telah memenuhi dari segi objek/atraksi, aksesibilat dan juga amenitas.
