Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): (Contains the background behind the research). Through a Circular (SE) of the Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB) Number 15 of 2021, which regulates the ASN work system during the PPKM during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Kendari City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency implements Work From Home, namely working from home, where the performance of employees during the covid pandemic and working at home is somewhat reduced because they have to make adjustments from the previous one. In order to implement health protocols that are useful for preventing crowds and reducing the spread of the covid-19 virus.Purpose: Untuk mengetahui sistem penilaian kinerja pegawai pada masa Work From Home covid-19 di kantor Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Kendari Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Methode: This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, where the authors obtain data by means of interviews, observation and documentation Result: : the performance of employees when working from home is still not good anymore, this is shown by not achieving the dimensions of the performance goals achieved, namely quality, quantity, punctuality, cost effectiveness, need for supervision, interpersonal impact, because there are still obstacles or obstacles that occur. To overcome the various problems that occurred, the Kendari City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency held the TPNS and Attendance Kendari, which motivated employees to further improve performance..Conclusion: Employee performance in Work From Home at the Kendari City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency has not been maximized, based on the results of research conducted on January 6-20 2021. This is because there are still many employees who do not understand technology, as well as the lack of infrastructure, and not all work can be carried out during Work From Home.
