Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem/Background (GAP):The author focuses on the effectiveness of the marriage certificate issuance service in East Kotawaringin Regency, considering to improve administrative order at the Population and Civil Registration Office of East Kotawaringin Regency. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the issuance of Marriage Certificates, obstacles and efforts to overcome them. Method: The method used is descriptive qualitative. In this case the assessment of effectiveness through five dimensions, namely the dimension of productivity, the dimension of quality, Result : the result is that effectiveness of marriage issuance has been good. But it is necessary to handle the indicators of quality of service facilities and service facilities and satisfaction in providing services. Conclusions: this study found that the effectiveness of marriage certificate issuance services in improving administrative order had been running well, this was evidenced by the fulfillment of productivity, efficiency and flexibility indicators. However, it is necessary to handle the indicators of quality/quality of service facilities and satisfaction in providing services. Keywords: Marriage Certificate Effectiveness, Service, Publishing
