Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The government service system needs to change services in an easier and faster way. In the context of implementing more effective, efficient, transparent and accountable public services as well as providing convenience for service users, the Disdukcapil of Kampar Regency Purpose: makes efforts to improve services through service innovations in the Awareness of Adminduk Village. Method: This research was conducted in a qualitative descriptive manner. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is done by reducing the data and presenting the data followed by drawing conclusions. The theory used to analyze is Rogers' theory which has 5 dimensions, namely: relative advantage, suitability, complexity, possibility, convenience.. Result: The results of the study show that the service innovation program is quite good, and there is still a need for improvement in the complexity dimension. Conclusion: The obstacle faced is that residence documents are delayed in their delivery and pick-up and the community is still not fully aware of the existence of the program.
