Abstract
The problem/background (GAP) of the SiKEPO application research in Batang Hari Regency is that in its implementation there are still obstacles that affect the performance of the State Civil Apparatus, software quality is an important factor that must be considered in its development so that the purpose of using the SiKEPO application is achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the quality of the SiKEPO application has on the performance of the state civil apparatus in Batang Hari Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with 98 ASN respondents. The analytical test tool used is simple regression analysis using the SPSS 25.0 for Windows application . The results/findings of the study show that the results show that H0 is rejected and H a is accepted or the quality of the SiKEPO application has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Batang Hari Regency. This conclusion also explains that the better the quality of the SiKEPO application, the performance of the State Civil Apparatus will also increase. Keywords: Performance, Quality, SiKEPO Permasalahan/latar belakang (GAP) penelitian aplikasi SiKEPO di Kabupaten Batang Hari ialah pada pelaksanaannya yang masih terdapat kendala sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara, kualitas perangkat lunak menjadi faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam pengembangannya supaya tujuan dari penggunaan aplikasi SiKEPO tercapai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas aplikasi SiKEPO terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil negara di Kabupaten Batang Hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan responden penelitian yang diambil berjumlah 98 ASN. Adapun alat uji analisis yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25.0 for Windows. Hasil/Temuan penelitian menunjukkan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima atau kualitas aplikasi SiKEPO berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kabupaten Batang Hari. Kesimpulan hal ini juga menjelaskan bahwa semakin baik kualitas aplikasi SiKEPO maka kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara juga akan semakin meningkat.
