Abstract
Problem/Background (GAP): In the implementation and development of E-Government which is managed directly by the Information Communications and Encryption Service within the North Bolaang Mongondow Regency Government, it is necessary to optimize the use of the website as an official means of the Regional Government to convey various information that occurs in the environment. the government. Purpose: This study aims to determine how the influence of the variables Ease of Use, Costumization, Download Delay, and Content partially and simultaneously (individually/combined) on community satisfaction on the website of the North Bolaang Mongondow Regency government as a public information service center. User satisfaction is a condition where all expectations, needs, and desires of users can be fulfilled. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze user satisfaction on the website of the North Bolaang Mongondow Regency Government whether it is in accordance with community expectations in media interaction and online information delivery. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The research sample was 96 visitors to government websites using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The research results show that Costumization, Download Delay, and Content partially/individually have an effect on community satisfaction, while Ease Of Use does not partially affect satisfaction/satisfaction. Furthermore, simultaneously/combined Ease of Use, Customization, Download Delay, and Content have an influence on community satisfaction/satisfaction on the website of the North Bolaang Mongondow Regency government as a public information service center. Conclusion: On the ease of use indicator, redesign the interface, including the completeness of information about the services provided by the government to website visitors, especially on the completeness of information, both SKPD information, regulations, and information on issues circulating in the community. ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Dalam pelaksanaan dan pengembangan E-Government yang dikelola langsung oleh Dinas Komunikasi Informatika dan Persandian di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara, perlu adanya optimalisasi pemanfaatan website sebagai sarana resmi Pemerintah Daerah untuk menyampaikan berbagai informasi yang terjadi dalam lingkungan pemerintahan tersebut. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variabel Ease of Use, Costumization, Download Delay, dan Content secara parsial dan simultan (individu/gabungan) terhadap kepuasan/Satisfaction masyarakat pada website pemerintah kabupaten bolaang mongondow utara sebagai pusat pelayanan informasi publik. Kepuasan pengguna atau User Satisfaction adalah suatu keadaan dimana semua harapan, kebutuhan, serta keinginan pengguna dapat terpenuhi. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap kepuasan pengguna terhadap website Pemerintah Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara apakah sudah sesuai dengan ekspektasi masyarakat dalam media interaksi dan penyampaian informasi secara online. Metode : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 96 orang pengunjung website pemerintah dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil/Temuan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Costumization, Download Delay, dan Content secara parsial/individu berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan/Satisfaction masyarakat sedangkan Ease Of Use tidak berpegaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan/satisfaction. Selanjutnya, secara simultan/gabungan Ease of Use, Costumization, Download Delay, dan Content memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan/Satisfaction masyarakat pada website pemerintah kabupaten bolaang mongondow utara sebagai pusat pelayanan informasi publik. Kesimpulan : Pada indikator ease of use Perancangan ulang tampilan antarmuka, termasuk kelengkapan informasi tentang layanan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah kepada pengunjung website, khususnya terhadap kelengkapan informasi baik informasi SKPD, Peraturan, maupun informasi mengenai isu-isu yang beredar dimasyarakat. Kata Kunci : Ketergunaan situsweb, kemudahan, personalisasi, kecepatan akses, penyajain informasi, kepuasan pengguna.
