Abstract
ABSTRACT This research uses the title of observation : PERFORMANCE OF TOURISM,YOUTH AND SPORTS SERVICES IN DEVELOPMENT OF THOURIST ATTRACTION OF CETHO TEMPLE IN KARANGANYAR REGENCY,CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCE.This observation to determine the performance of the apparatus of the Department of Tourism,Youth and Sport in developing the attractiveness of the Cetho Temple tourist attraction.Can find out the inhibiting factors of performance and find out the efforts that need to be made to overcoe the perfomance barriers of the Department of Tourism,Yout and Sport in developing the attractiveness of the Cetho Temple tourist attraction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach.As well as using data collection techniques in the form of observation,interviews and documentation,then data collected is then analyzed using theory according to RobbinsBased on data analysis,the performance of tourism,youth and sport in developing the tourist attraction of Cetho Temple has been implemented properly and optimally in terms of quality,quantity,punctuality and independence as a benchmark for individual employees,but the budget budgeted by the government is still one of the inhibiting factors for performance in developing the tourist attraction of Candi Cetho.Efforts are being made to overcome obstacles,namely by establishing cooperative relationships and involvement with the surrounding community,developing human resources in the tourism sector,developing facilities and infrastructure and optimizing the budget in tourism development quantity of human resources in a professional manner.
