Abstract
Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on implementing the Online Single Submission (OSS) system in managing micro, small and medium business licensing in Tabanan Regency, considering that there are still many business actors in Tabanan Regency who do not have a business license. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the implementation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) application to facilitate licensing services for micro, small and medium enterprises in Tabanan Regency. Method: The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with an inductive approach. The data collection technique used in this research is the technique of Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Result: Based on the results of the authors' findings in the field using the snowball sampling technique, there are still business actors who do not have a business license and do not know that there is an Online Single Submission (OSS) system in the management of business licenses. Conclusion: the conclusion in this study is that the implementation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Tabanan Regency has been going well but still encounters several obstacles, namely the Interpretation Dimension, namely the policy socialization indicator and the application dimension on the indicator. supervision of service achievement, while the efforts made by the Tabanan Regency DPMPTSP have not been maximized because there are still programs that have not been running well.
