Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to provide an overview and description and analysis of the performance of the Bengkulu City DPRD secretariat in carrying out administrative services to DPRD members. The title used for the research is "Performance of the Bengkulu City DPRD Secretariat in Administrative Services to DPRD Members" which is arranged on the basis of existing problems. For this reason, this research is specific and imagines the problems and variables studied. The results of this study provide a conclusion that the quality of the work of the Bengkulu City DPRD secretariat is considered to be quite good but with a note that there are still obstacles that hinder performance such as facilities and infrastructure, disasters encountered which have an impact on the work atmosphere that interferes with the quality of the secretariat's performance. Keywords: Performance, DPRD Secretariat, DPRD Members ABSTRAK Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran serta deskripsi dan analisa mengenai kinerja sekretariat DPRD kota Bengkulu dalam melaksanakan pelayanan administratif kepada anggota DPRD. Judul yang digunakan untuk penelitian yaitu “Kinerja Sekretariat DPRD Kota Bengkulu dalam Pelayanan Administratif Kepada Anggota DPRD” yang ditata atas dasar permasalahan yang ada. Untuk itu penelitian ini sudah spesifik dan membayangkan permasalahan dan variable yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan sebuah kesimpulan bahwa mutu dari hasil kerja sekretariat DPRD kota Bengkulu dinilai sudah cukup baik namun dengan catatan masih ada kendala yang menghambat kinerja seperti sarana dan prasarana, musibah yang dihadapi yang mana hal tersebut berdampak pada suasana kerja yang mengganggu kualitas kinerja dari sekretariat DPRD kota Bengkulu.
