Abstract

The finding of this study provide recommendation : (i) use can eliminate disparities in the corruptions offense that combined fixed minimum criminal sanctions specially, (ii) forward to include the rules/guidelines for sentencing with specific criteria, and (iii) before dropping the decision, the judge shall respect its doctrines.
