Abstract
This study aims to acknowledge and describe the role and development of village owned enterprises for village developing. Data is gathered with qualitative methods by interview and documentation. Data is analyzed with data coding and data conclusion which is establishing result research. Research result shows that village owned enterprises can cooperate with third organization and local government to maximize its role for village developing acceleration. Several principles from Saemaul Undong such as help each other, spirit for developing can be adopted in order to maintaining village development which done by village owned enterprises.
