Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): This research is based on the low usage of the SP4N-LAPOR! application in Majene Regency. Therefore, the researcher feels it is necessary to conduct research on the phenomena that occur. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of the SP4N-LAPOR application on the quality of public services at the Department of Communication and Information of Majene Regency. Method: The research employs a quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The model used adopts the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which is modified by incorporating the variables of System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality to measure their effects on Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), which is then analyzed in relation to Acceptance of IT. Result: The results indicate that System Quality and Service Quality have a positive and significant influence on Perceived Ease of Use, while Information Quality does not show a significant effect. Perceived Ease of Use itself has a positive and significant effect on Acceptance of IT. The R-square value shows that 82.7% of the variability in PEOU is explained by system, information, and service quality, while 51.5% of the variability in technology acceptance is explained by PEOU, with the remaining 17.3% influenced by other factors outside the model (epsilon). These values indicate that the model has good predictive capability and the relationships between variables are relatively strong. Conclusion: These findings provide important implications for the development and improvement of the SP4N-LAPOR application system in the public service sector, particularly in enhancing system quality, service delivery, and public perception of ease of use. ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh minimnya penggunaan Aplikasi SP4N-LAPOR! Di Kabupaten Majene. Sehingga peneliti merasa perlu untuk melakukan penelitian terhadap fenomena yang terjadi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aplikasi SP4N-LAPOR terhadap kualitas pelayanan masyarakat di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kabupaten Majene. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Model yang digunakan mengadopsi kerangka Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dimodifikasi dengan memasukkan variabel System Quality, Information Quality, dan Service Quality untuk mengukur pengaruh terhadap Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), yang selanjutnya dianalisis hubungannya dengan Acceptance of IT. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa System Quality dan Service Quality memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perceived Ease of Use, sementara Information Quality tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Perceived Ease of Use sendiri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Acceptance of IT. Nilai R-square menunjukkan bahwa 82,7% sisanya 17,3% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar penelitian (epsilon) variabilitas PEOU dijelaskan oleh kualitas sistem, informasi, dan layanan, sementara 51,5% variabilitas penerimaan teknologi dijelaskan oleh PEOU. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki kemampuan prediktif yang baik dan hubungan antar variabel cukup kuat. Kesimpulan: Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan dan peningkatan sistem aplikasi SP4N-LAPOR di sektor pelayanan publik, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas sistem, layanan, dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan oleh Masyarakat.
