Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem/Background (GAP): Population administration services are a mandatory government matter that is not related to basic services, one of which is population administration. The city of Palangkaraya itself has launched an innovation in population administration services to make it easier for the public to obtain population administration services, namely the SI-DOI website. The launch of the SI-DOI Website is intended to make it easy for the public to obtain the right to population administration services at the Population and Civil Registration Service office. However, in its implementation there are several obstacles, namely a lack of understanding of information and communication technology (ICT). Objective: This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the quality of the SI-DOI website as a public information medium in the Population and Civil Registration Service of the city of Palangkaraya. The theory used in this research is Analysis Theory. Method: This research also uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Results/Findings: The results of this research show that 2. Problems with the SI-DOI Website in the Population and Civil Registration Service of Palangkaraya City, Central Kalimantan Province. Problems in SI-DOI services that arise in the community, including network problems, many people are still technologically clueless, There are also people who don't have cellphones. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research shows that obstacles or problems that occur in accessing the SI-DOI Website are usually from a computer/laptop which must support it and also the network connection really determines how quickly access information from the SI-DOI Website and many people who are still technologically clueless, there are also people who don't have cellphones. The solution to this problem is that we always hold online outreach to the public regarding the use of the SI-DOI Website. Keywords: Quality, website, SI-DOI, Population and Civil Registration ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Pelayanan Administrasi kependudukan merupakan urusan wajib pemerintah yang tidak berkaitan dengan pelayanan dasar yang meliputi salah satunya administrasi kependudukan. Kota Palangkaraya sendiri telah meluncurkan inovasi pelayanan administrasi kependudukan untuk mempermudah masyarakat mendapatkan pelayanan terhadap administrasi kependudukan yaitu website SI-DOI, Peluncuran Website SI-DOI ini dimaksudkan agar masyarakat bisa mudah dalam mendapatkan hak pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil. Namun, pada pelaksanannya terdapat beberapa kendala yaitu kurangnya pemahaman tentang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas website SI-DOI sebagai media informasi publik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil kota palangkaraya. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Teori Analisis. Metode: Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan juga dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya permasalahan Website SI-DOI Di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Palangkaraya Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah Permasalahan dalam pelayanan SI-DOI yang muncul di masyarakat, antara lain masalah jaringan, banyak masyarakat yang masih gaptek, terdapat juga masyarakat yang belum punya handphone. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ditemukannya hambatan atau permasalahan yang terjadi dalam mengakses Website SI-DOI ini biasanya dari komputer/laptop yang harus mendukung dan juga koneksi yang memang jaringan ini sangat menentukan seberapa cepat mengakses informasi dari Website SI-DOI dan banyak masyarakat yang masih gaptek, terdapat juga masyarakat yang belum punya handphone. Solusi atas masalah ini adalah kami selalu mengadakan sosialisasi secara online kepada masyarakat mengenai penggunaan Website SI-DOI ini.
