Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem/Background Statement (GAP): Apparatus resources are an important element in the administration of government. The government makes regulations that regulate the State Civil Apparatus as disciplined employees to provide the best performance Objective: in realizing employee discipline, especially in the research locus at the Community and Village Empowerment Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency. Methods: The method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative where the data collected from interviews, observations, and documentation are analyzed through data triangulation to answer the formulation of the problem in this study. Results: This study obtained the results that employees at the PMD Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province have not been said to be good because there are still many employees who are late for work and leave before working time. However, civil servants at the PMD Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency remain vigilant and careful in carrying out their duties and obeying the rules. Conclusion: The firmness of the enforcement of employee discipline regulations and employee awareness are obstacles in realizing employee discipline. The government also has efforts to provide incentives in overcoming obstacles to employee indiscipline at the PMD Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency Keywords: Discipline ; ASN; PMD Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency. Keywords: Discipline ; ASN; PMD Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency ABSTRAK Pernyataan Masalah/Latar Belakang (GAP): Sumber daya Aparatur merupakan unsur penting dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Pemerintah membuat peraturan yang mengatur sebagaimana Aparatur Sipil Negara sebagai pegawai disiplin untuk memberi kinerja terbaik Tujuan: dalam mewujudkan disipilin pegawai khususnya dalam lokus penelitian di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dimana data yang dikumpulkan baik dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dan dianalisis melalui triangulasi data untuk menjawab rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini. Hasil: Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa pegawai di Dinas PMD Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Provinsi Sumatera Selatan belum dikatakan baik karena masih banyak pegawai yang terlambat masuk kerja dan pulang sebelum waktu kerja. Tetapi, PNS di Dinas PMD Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin tetap waspada dan hati-hati dalam melaksanakan tugas dan taat aturan. Kesimpulan: Ketegasan penegakan peraturan disiplin pegawai dan kesadaran pegawai menjadi hambatan dalam mewujudkan disiplin pegawai. Pemerintah pun memiliki upaya untuk memberikan insentif dalam mengatasi hambatan ketidakdisiplinan pegawai di Dinas PMD Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Kata kunci : Disiplin ; ASN; Dinas PMD Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin
