Abstract

ABSTRACT The research raises the title of “IMPLEMENTATION OF VILLAGE FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION POLICY IN KEUDE BIREUM VILLAGE BIREUM BAYEUN SUB DISTRICT EAST ACEH REGENCY IN ACEH PROVINCE”. The purpose of this research is to know how far the implementation of this policy implemented, so the purpose of this policy is to realize orderly in the administration of village finance. This research is using the theory of George Edward II, this field research was conducted in the village’s office of Keude Bireum, Bireum Bayeun sub district. This research use a qualitative method with inductive descriptive approach. Researches trying to illustration the fact based on the problem that found in the field. Collecting data using fieldwork in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of this study were analyzed with techniques of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion based on the virtue obtained during research. Based on the results of research known that implementation of village financial administration policy in Keude Bireum village Bireum Bayeun sub district still not running optimally. This is because the village officials have law education level so they have not been able to implement good financial administration. and also its because the low level of socialization provided to village officials. The suggestions related to conclusions above are sub-district Government should give recommendation on administration of village financial based on valid regulation, and handled the affect factors such as human resources are still low and still require socialization and technical guidance, controlling village officials in village financial management and simplification of village bookkeeping.
