Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem/Background (GAP) : Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The author focuses on the high rate of stunting and the implementation of the convergence action policy for accelerating stunting reduction in Sasak Ranah Pasisie sub-district, Pasaman Barat district. Purpose: The objective of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of the convergence action policy for accelerating stunting reduction in Sasak Ranah Pasisie sub-district, Pasaman Barat district, West Sumatra province, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Stunting Prevention Acceleration Program Convergence Action. Method: The study uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach and analysis of the implementation stages according to Thomas R. Dye's theory. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews (17 informants) and documentation. Results: The findings obtained by the author in this study indicate that the implementation of the convergence action policy for accelerating stunting reduction has been optimal in Sasak Ranah Pasisie sub-district, as judged by several indicators that are running well. Conclusion: The implementation of the convergence action for accelerating stunting reduction in Sasak Ranah Pasisie sub-district, when viewed from the five dimensions of Thomas R. Dye's theory, concludes that the implementation has been relatively good compared to before. However, it still has not reached the national stunting rate target, so the government faces many challenges in addressing the stunting problem in Sasak Ranah Pasisie sub-district. Keywords : Implementation, Policy, Convergence action, Stunting ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP) : Penulis berfokus pada permasalahn tingginya angka stunting dan implementasi kebijakan aksi konvergensi percepatan penurunan stunting di kecamatan sasak ranah pasisie kabupaten pasaman barat. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendekripsikan implementasi kebijakan aksi konvergensi percepatan penurunan stunting di kecamatan sasak ranah pasisie kabupaten pasaman barat provinsi sumatera barat, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan Aksi Konvergensi Program Percepatan Pencegahan Stunting. Metode: Penelitian juga menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis terhadap tahap Implermentasi menurut teori Thomas R. Dye. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam (17 informan), dan Dokumentasi. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu Implementasi Kebijakan Aksi Konvergensi Percepatan Penurunan Stunting sudah optimalnya implementasi kebijakan aksi konvergensi percepatan penurunan stunting di kecamatan sasak ranah pasisie dinilai dari beberapa indikato4 yang dinilai berjalan baik. Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan Aksi Konvergensi percepatan penurunan stunting di Kecamatan Sasak Ranah Pasisie dalam penerapannya mengacu pada teori Thomas R. Dye ditinjau dari lima dimensinya menyimpulkan bahwasamya Implementasi Kebijakan Aksi Konvergensi Percepatan Penurunan Stunting di Kecamatan sasak Ranah Pasisie sudah tergolong baik dibandingkan sebelumnya namun masih belum mencapai target angka stunting nasional sehingga masih banyak tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Pemerintah untuk menyelesaikan masalah stunting di Kecamatan Sasak Ranah Pasisie ini.
