Abstract

ABSTRAK EFEKTIVITAS BAGIAN PEMERINTAHAN DALAM PENYUSUNAN LAPORAN PENYELENGGARAAN PEMERINTAHAN DAERAH (LPPD) DI KABUPATEN KATINGAN PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TENGAH Skripsi ini berjudul Efektivitas Bagian Pemerintahan dalam Penyusunan Laporan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah (LPPD) di Kabupaten Katingan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisis bagaimana Bagian Pemerintahan dalam Penyusunan Laporan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah (LPPD) di Kabupaten Katingan, Apa saja faktor yang menghambat Bagian Pemerintahan dalam Penyusunan Laporan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah (LPPD) di Kabupaten Katingan, Bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan oleh Bagian Pemrintahan dalam Penyusunan Laporan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah (LPPD) di Kabupaten Katingan, peneliti menggunakann teori efektivitas menurut Sedarmayanti 2009 yang memiliki dimensi Input, Proses Produktivitas, Hasil/Output, Produktivitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif guna menggambarkan objek penelitian berdasarkan fakta yang ada di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini ialah Penyusunan LPPD di Kabupaten Katingan berjalan dengan efektif. Adapun upaya untuk mewujudkan Efektivitas Bagian Pemerintahan dalam Penyusunan Laporan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah (LPPD) Di Kabupaten Katingan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah Penyusunan LPPD dengan mengadakan pelatihan penyusunan dan pengolahan data pendukung LPPD serta selalu berkoordinasi dengan OPD terkait. Adapun saran yang diberikan oleh peneliti ialah bagian pemerintahan diharapkan membuat aplikasi agar memudahkan OPD dalam pengumpulan data juga meningkatkan koordinasi kepada Perangkat Daerah terkait dan pemenuhan jumlah pegawai yang ada di wilayah Kabupaten Katingan. This study aims to know, describe, and analyze how the Government Section in the Preparation of the Regional Government Implementation Report (LPPD) in Katingan Regency, What are the factors that hinder the Government Section in the Preparation of the Regional Government Implementation Report (LPPD) in Katingan Regency, What are the efforts made by the Government Section in the Preparation of the Regional Government Implementation Report (LPPD) in Katingan Regency.The researcher uses the theory of effectiveness according to Sedarmayanti 2009 which has the dimensions of Input, Process Productivity, Output, Productivity. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach to describe the research object based on facts in the field. The data collection techniques used are by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this study is that the preparation of LPPD in Katingan Regency runs effectively. The effort to realize the Effectiveness of the Government Section in the Preparation of the Regional Government Implementation Report (LPPD) in Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan Province The preparation of LPPD by holding training on the preparation and processing of LPPD supporting data and always coordinating with related OPDs. The suggestion given by the researcher is that the government is expected to make an application to make it easier for OPDs to collect data as well as improve coordination with related Regional Apparatus and fulfill the number of employees in the Katingan Regency area.
