Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): This research is worthy and necessary because there is no previous research that looks at the readiness of e-government in Nunukan District. Second, the SPBE index of Nunukan district is still low compared to the East Kutai district of East Kalimantan province. Third, the Indices of SPBE district Nunukan in 2019 and 2020 are predictably lower. Based on these issues, the researchers want to analyse the extent to which e-government is ready in the Nunukan district. Purpose: The focus of this research is to find out how e-government is prepared in Nunukan District. Then the researchers took the title of E-Government Application Preparedness Analysis in Nunukan District. Method: The method of research used is a quasi qualitative method of reasoning using this method because theory as a tool for data analysis, as well as putting the theories as the basis of thought since the beginning of the research ongoing. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations, documentation. Sampling techniques with purposive sampling. Analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawings. Analysis done using e-government readiness theory (Indrajit, 2005). Result : According to the study's findings, there is a problem with the telecommunications infrastructure, specifically the existence of small-scale or remote areas where the general public finds it difficult to access the internet. Conclusion: The implementation of e-government in Nunukan Regency has progressed well. However, this is not entirely due to the limited bandwidth of the small-scale internet that some smaller-scale regions have access to. However, based on the five dimensions that are now in place, every one of these aspects can help ensure that the electronic government system in the Nunukan Province operates effectively. Keywords : Analysis, E-Government, Implementation  ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Research ini layak dan perlu dilakukan karena belum ada penelitian sebelumnya yang melihat kesiapan e-government di Kabupaten Nunukan. Kedua, indeks SPBE Kabupaten Nunukan masih rendah dibandingkan dari Kabupaten Kutai Timur Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Ketiga, Indeks SPBE Kabupaten Nunukan tahun 2019 dan 2020 berpredikat kurang. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut peneliti ingin menganalisis sejauh apakah kesiapan e-govovernment di Kabupaten Nunukan. Tujuan: Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesiapan e-government di Kabupaten Nunukan. Maka dari itu peneliti mengambil judul Analisis Kesiapan Penerapan E-Government di Kabupaten Nunukan. Metode : Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode quasi qualitative alasan menggunakan metode ini karena teori sebagai alat analisis data, serta menempatkan teori sebagai landasan berpikir sejak awal penelitian berlangsung. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampling dengan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis berupa reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan teori kesiapan e-government (Indrajit, 2005). Hasil/Temuan : Hasil temuan menunjukkan terdapat kekurangan pada infrastruktur telekomunikasi yaitu keterjangkauan jaringan untuk daerah terpencil atau daerah perbatasan dimana masyarakat masih sulit mengakses internet. Kesimpulan : Kesiapan e-government di Kabupaten Nunukan sudah tergolong siap. Akan tetapi, belum maksimal dikarenakan keterjangkaun jaringan yang masih sulit di akses oleh daerah terpencil. Akan tetapi pada 5 dimensi yang ada sudah tergolong siap hal ini dapat membantu terciptanya sistem pemerintahan bebasis elektronik di Kabupaten Nunukan berjalan dengan baik.
