Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The suboptimal realization of Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) revenue in Kuripan Sub-District, Purwodadi District, Grobogan Regency, has encouraged the Kuripan Sub-District Government to create the NGEPOS PBB-P2 Payment Innovation Program. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze the implementation of the NGEPOS PBB-P2 Payment Program in the Kuripan Sub-District, including supportive factors, hindering factors, and efforts made by the government and program managers to overcome obstacles. Method: The method used was a mixed methods sequential explanatory design, which combined qualitative and quantitative approaches through descriptive statistical analysis. Result: The research results indicate that the implementation of the NGEPOS PBB-P2 Payment Program in the Kuripan Sub-District has been done very well, as seen from the level of community perception towards the program. Conclusion: It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to related parties in designing policies and strategies to increase local revenue through optimizing PBB�P2 in Gerobogan Regency. Kurang maksimalnya realisasi penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan (PBB-P2) di Kelurahan Kuripan, Kecamatan Purwodadi, Kabupaten Grobogan, mendorong Pemerintahan Kelurahan Kuripan membuat program inovasi NGEPOS Pembayaran PBB-P2, Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi program NGEPOS Pembayaran PBB-P2 di Kelurahan Kuripan, faktor pendukung,faktor penghambat dan upaya dari pemerintah dan pengelola program untuk mengatasi hambatan. Metode: Metode yang digunakan mixed methods sequential explanatory design, yaitu memadukan antara kualitatif dan kuantitatif secara statistika deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, serta kuisioner dalam melengkapi data kuantitatif. Hasil/Temuan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iplementasi program NGEPOS Pembayaran PBB-P2 di Kelurahan Kuripan telah dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik dilihat juga dari tingkat persepsi masyarakat terhadap program tersebut. Kesimpulan: Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pihak terkait dalam merancang kebijakan dan strategi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah melalui optimalisasi PBB-P2 di Kabupaten Gerobogan.
