Abstract

Problem (GAP): This research focuses on an application that serves as a medium for receiving information, enabling transparent communication of the conveyed information. The Lampung Manpower Office has developed an application to support public services related to manpower, namely Si Gajah. Objective: This study aims to conduct a user experience analysis on the Si Gajah application of the Lampung Manpower Office using the heuristic evaluation method. Additionally, it aims to evaluate the user experience on the Si Gajah application of the Lampung Manpower Office using the heuristic evaluation method and provide further development suggestions to enhance the user experience. Method: This research employs a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Results/Findings: The research findings indicate that based on the user experience analysis on the Si Gajah application of the Lampung Manpower Office using the heuristic evaluation method, it is evident that the average rating scale responses on the questionnaire strongly agree with the statements provided. This supports the successful utilization of the Si Gajah application. Conclusion: Shortcomings identified include incomplete information, icon appearance, color choice for icons, text quality, and clarity of the text used to describe icons. Secondly, the average rating scale responses on the questionnaire strongly agree with the statements provided, further supporting the successful utilization of the Si Gajah application. Thirdly, a comprehensive review of the Si Gajah application was conducted regarding all aspects used for measurement.. Keywords: User Experience, Si Gajah, Employment ABSTRAK Permasalahan (GAP): Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada aplikasi yang berperan sebagai media untuk menerima informasi sehingga informasi yang disampaikan dapat bersifat transparan. Namun dalam pelaksanaanya Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis user experience di aplikasi Si Gajah Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Provinsi Lampung menggunakan metode heuristic evaluation, dan mengetahui evaluasi user experience di aplikasi Si Gajah Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Provinsi Lampung menggunakan metode heuristic evaluation serta memberikan saran pengembangan lebih lanjut aplikasi Si Gajah Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Provinsi Lampung untuk meningkatkan user experience. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan metode pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sesuai dengan hasil analisis user experience di aplikasi SiGajah Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Provinsi Lampung menggunakan metode heuristic evaluation dapat diketahui bahwa rata-rata skala yang mengisi kuesioner menjawab sangat setuju dengan pernyataan yang diberikan dan hal tersebut yang mendukung keberhasilan penggunaan aplikasi SiGajah. Kesimpulan: Penuliss menyimpulkan bahwa Kekurangan yang ditemukan pada kelengkapan informasi, tampilan icon, warna pada icon, kualitas tulisan, serta kejelasan tulisan yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan icon. Kedua Rata-rata skala yang mengisi kuesioner menjawab sangat setuju dengan pernyataan yang diberikan dan hal tersebut yang mendukung keberhasilan penggunaan aplikasi SiGajah. Ketiga dengan melakukan telaah pada aplikasi Si Gajah pada terhadap seluruh aspek yang digunakan untuk pengukuran.
