Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Digitalization of public services is the main focus in developing various innovations. Purpose: This research aims to identify community needs for village services and design a prototype of an assistance robot that is integrated into public services in Pegangsaan Dua Village, North Jakarta Administrative City. Method: The data analysis method in this research adapts the Huberman and Miles interactive model. Data collection is carried out through documentation techniques to obtain information related to the profile and organizational structure of the sub-district, as well as through observations at the research site, the individuals or groups involved, and the activities observed. Result: The research results concluded that there is a need for public services which include sub-district profiles, sub-district services and chat features. Services integrated in the assistance robot include facilitating village profiles, licensing and chat features. Prototype design involves stages of communication, quick plan and modeling, quick design, as well as construction of prototype. Interviews with the community show support for the development of assistive robots. Constraints include limited resources and community participation. Conclusion: The Pegangsaan Dua sub-district government and the North Jakarta City Administration support the development of this prototype. In conclusion, the public service assistance robot prototype is ready to be developed in Pegangsaan Dua Village in accordance with community needs and government support. Keywords: Prototype, Village, Integration, Assistance Robot ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Digitalisasi layanan publik menjadi fokus utama dalam pengembangan berbagai inovasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan Kelurahan serta merancang prototype robot asistensi yang terintegrasi dalam layanan publik di Kelurahan Pegangsaan Dua, Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara. Metode: Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini mengadaptasi model interaktif Huberman dan Miles. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik dokumentasi untuk memperoleh informasi terkait profil dan struktur organisasi kelurahan, serta melalui observasi pada tempat penelitian, individu atau kelompok yang terlibat, dan kegiatan yang diamati. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ada kebutuhan akan layanan publik yang meliputi profil kelurahan, layanan kelurahan, dan fitur chat. Layanan yang diintegrasikan dalam robot asistensi mencakup fasilitasi profil kelurahan, perizinan, dan fitur chat. Rancangan prototype melibatkan tahapan communication, quick plan and modelling quick design, serta construction of prototype. Wawancara dengan masyarakat menunjukkan dukungan terhadap pengembangan robot asistensi. Kendala meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya dan partisipasi masyarakat. Kesimpulan: Pemerintah kelurahan Pegangsaan Dua dan Pemerintah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara mendukung pengembangan prototype ini. Kesimpulannya, prototype robot asistensi layanan publik siap dikembangkan di Kelurahan Pegangsaan Dua sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan dukungan pemerintah.
