Abstract
ABSTRACT The majority of Indonesian people get news from online sources. Since 2021, the majority of Indonesian people prefer internet media as their main news source. Berita.murungrayakab.go.id is a forum for the Murung Raya Regency Government to disseminate information to the public regarding current events as well as publications on the realization of regional government work programs. Data on visitors to the Murung Raya Regency Communication and Information Service website shows that only 1,316 visitors out of the 2020 Murung Raya Regency population of 123,363 people. Only 1.67% is the percentage of visitors to the Berita.murungrayakab.go.id website. This is a problem that must be addressed. The reason this research needs to be carried out is firstly, based on the results of the literature review, there has been no research that has examined the usability analysis of the MMC news website in Murung Raya Regency. Second, the public's interest in accessing websites to obtain public information is decreasing. Third, there has never been any socialization from the Murung Raya Regency Communications and Informatics Service. And fourth, there are very few visitors to the MMC news website. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The reason for this research is using quantitative research to test hypotheses and calculate the level of usefulness using formulas from existing theories. Quantitative data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Data analysis techniques were carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests and using calculation formulas from the webuse method (website usability evaluation tool). Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that variable X has a significant effect on variable Y. It has been tested using the Hypothesis Test (T Test) that the Sig. t < 5%, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on all variables Y on variable X. Furthermore, the regression coefficient has the equation Y = -0.396 + 0.020 % has an influence on the level of usability. This research was conducted to analyze the level of appropriateness percentage on the usability level of the MMC News website which is at a very good level with usability points of 0.83. The usability level in the User Interface Design category is the category with the highest usability points, namely 0.84. Meanwhile, the lowest usability level was in the Navigation and links category, namely 0.82. The MMC News website received a very good response from respondents and has met the website standards for public information disclosure. ABSTRAK Mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia mendapatkan berita dari sumber online. Sejak tahun 2021, sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia lebih memilih media internet sebagai sumber berita utama. Berita.murungrayakab.go.id merupakan salah satu wadah Pemerintah Kabupaten Murung Raya dalam menyebarkan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai kejadian terkini juga publikasi yang terealisasikannya program kerja pemerintah daerah. Data pengunjung website Dinas Komunikasi Dan Informatika Kabupaten Murung Raya menunjukkan bahwa hanya 1.316 pengunjung dari jumlah penduduk Kabupaten Murung Raya tahun 2020 sebanyak 123.363 jiwa. Hanya 1,67% persentase pengunjung website berita.murungrayakab.go.id .Hal ini menjadi masalah yang harus dibenahi. Alasan penelitian ini perlu dilakukan karena yang pertama, berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur belum ada penelitian yang mengkaji terkait analisis kegunaan website berita MMC di Kabupaten Murung Raya. Kedua, berkurangnya minat masyarakat mengakses website untuk mendapatkan informasi publik. Ketiga, belum pernah dilakukannya sosialisasi dari pihak Dinas Komunkasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Murung Raya. Dan yang keempat, pegunjung website berita MMC yang sangat sedikit. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Alasan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif untuk menguji hipotesis dan menghitung tingkat kegunaan menggunakan rumus dari teori yang sudah ada. Teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang berjumlah 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan random sampling. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan rumus perhitungan dari metode webuse (alat evaluasi kegunaan website). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menarik kesimpulan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y. Telah diuji menggunakan Uji Hipotesis (Uji T) bahwa nilai Sig. t < 5%, maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semua variabel Y terhadap variabel X. Selanjutnya, koefisien regresi memiliki persamaan Y = -0,396 + 0,020 X1 + 0,128 X2 + 0,091 X3 + 0,831 X4 dan hasil koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 85,4 % memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat kegunaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis tingkat kelayakan presentase pada Tingkat kegunaan website Berita MMC yang berada pada tingkat sangat baik dengan poin kegunaan 0,83. Tingkat usability pada kategori User Interface Design menjadi kategori dengan poin usability tertinggi yaitu 0,84. Sedangkan, tingkat kegunaan terendah berada pada kategori Navigasi dan tautan yaitu 0,82. Website Berita MMC mendapatkan tanggapan yang sangat baik dari responden dan sudah memenuhi standar ketentuan website dalam keterbukaan informasi publik.Dengan memperhatikan beberapa indikator yang harus dievaluasi.
