Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background (GAP): The reason for this research is worthwhile and need to be carried out because the first, based on the results of the literary study, there is no research that studies related quality of ppid website in Sambas district. Second, the lack of public interest in obtaining information from ppid websites. Third, lack of socialization by ppid parties.Fourthly, visitors to the ppid website have been declining for the period July-September 2023. And fifth, the website's performance rating of 29 is still low so it gets a red index. Purpose: This research has the aim of finding out how the quality of the PPID website in the district of Sambas . Method: The research method used is the mix method. The reason for this investigation is the use of mix methods, which is to deepen the results of research through interviews and expand the results through surveys. Quantitative data collection techniques are done by disseminating questionnaires and qualitative is done with interviews, documentation and, observations. Result: The findings obtained by the author in this research are that the ppid.sambas.go.id website is good Conclusion: the Technical Quality, the ppid website in the district of Sambas was good and no technical problems were found. As for the quality of service, showing the services provided is very helpful to the public to get public information. Content quality, apparently suitable so it makes it easier for the public to read the information presented. Keywords: Quality, Website, PPID, Sambas ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Alasan penelitian ini layak dan perlu dilakukan adalah karena pertama, berdasarkan hasil tinjauan pustaka, belum ada penelitian yang meneliti tentang kualitas website ppid di Kabupaten Sambas, Kedua, kurangnya minat masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi dari website PPID. Ketiga, kurangnya sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak ppid.Keempat, pengunjung website ppid yang terus menurun ditinjau dari periode bulan juli-september 2023. Dan yang kelima, nilai performa website yaitu 29 masih tergolong rendah sehingga mendapat indeks merah.Tujuan: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas website PPID kabupaten Sambas.Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode mix method. Alasan penelitaian ini menggunakan mix method yaitu untuk memperdalam hasil penelitian melalui wawancara dan memperluas hasil penelitian melalui survey. Teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan meyebarkan kuisioner dan kualitatif dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi dan, observasi. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu dari segi teknis,layanan dan isi website ppid.sambas.go.id sudah baik. Kesimpulan: Kualitas Teknis, website ppid di kabupaten Sambas sudah baik dan tidak ditemukan permasalahan secara teknis. Adapun secara Kualitas Layanan, menunjukkan layanan yang disediakan sangat membantu masyarakat mendapatkan informasi publik. Kualitas Isi, secara tampilan sudah sesuai sehingga memudahkan masyarakat membaca informasi yang disajikan. Kata kunci: Kualitas, Website, PPID, Sambas
