Abstract
Problems/Background (GAP): One important factor that influences the succes of leadership process is the characteristics and behaviour of the leadership or can be called leaderhip. Hj Erna Yustining is the first female figure to serve as Village Head in Sananrejo Village Turen District Malang Regency. This raises the question of Hj Erna Yutining's leadership in making decisions that were previously filled by men. And what are the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence Hj Erna Yustining's leadership. Purpose: This study aims to determine the leadership of Hj Erna Yustining in decision making in Sananrejo Village, Turen District and know what are the supporting and inhibiting factors that affect leadership Hj Erna Yustining. Method: The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a describtive research design and an inductive approach. Results/Findings: The research results found that Hj Erna Yustining is a leader who is confident, responsible, brave, able to control emotions, disciplined and consistent. With a character like a gentle mother. Hj Erna Yustining's leadership as Head of Sananrejo Village is inherent in Authentic Leadership. The abilities or skills and experience possessed by Hj Erna Yustining are supporting factors. The inhibiting factor in Hj Erna Yustining's leadership was the feeling of not having the courage to make decisions, but this was not something too serious because he had overcome it in his own way. ConclusionThe motivation given is in accordance with the leadership of the Sananrejo Village Head, namely Authentic Leadership. If this is implemented well.
