Abstract

ABSTACT Problems/Background (GAP): Lack of public understanding of innovation rather than applications developed by Disdukcapil, Bantul Regency, such as system errors and technical constraints on the use of relatively new applications and the need for more effective system development. Objectives: To identify and analyze the effectiveness of implementation the Dukcapil Smart Bantul application and the factors that influence the effectiveness of the Dukcapil Smart Bantul application. Methods: This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach with an inductive thinking method to describe events based on factual situations. Findings : . The Dukcapil Smart Bantul application has a positive impact on the government, especially in terms of data processing, while for the community it is able to speed up and simplify the processing of population documents. Conclusion: The effectiveness of using the Dukcapil Smart Bantul application is a positive point for the Bantul Regency government in terms of innovative application of technology. This can be learned and implemented by other local governments in the application of technology to improve services to the community. Keywords: Dukcapil Smart Bantul, Effectiveness, Technology ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP) : Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap inovasi daripada aplikasi yang dikembangkan oleh Disdukcapil Kabupaten Bantul seperti error sytem dan kendala teknis terhadap penggunaan aplikasi yang terbilang baru dan perlu adanya pengembangan sistem yang lebih efektif.. Tujuan : Mengetahui dan menganalisis efektivitas penerapan aplikasi Dukcapil Smart Bantul serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penerpaan aplikasi Dukcapil Smart Bantul. Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode berpikir induktif untuk menggambarkan peristiwa berdasarkan situasi faktual. Hasil/Temuan : . Aplikasi Dukcapil Smart Bantul memberikan dampak positif kepada pemerintah terutama dalam hal pengolahan data, sedangkan bagi masyarakat mampu mempercepat dan mempermudah pengurusan dokumen-dokumen kependudukan. Kesimpulan : Efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Dukcapil Smart Bantul merupaka poin posotif bagi pemerintah Kabupaten Bantul dalam hal inovasi penerapan tekonologi. Hal ini dapat dipelajari dan diimplementasikan olej pemerintah daerah lain dalam penerapan teknologi untuk menginkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
