Abstract
ABSTRACT Problem/Background(GAP): This study aims to analyze the Effectiveness of the Equalization of Supervisory Positions in the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Bengkulu City. Purpose: then the authors analyze that the effectiveness of the equalization of supervisory positions at BKPSDM Bengkulu City has not run optimally. Method: Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods with an inductive approach, as well as data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data that has been collected is processed using an exploratory approach, analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. Results/Finding: The results of the study show that the effectiveness of the equalization of supervisory positions at the Bengkulu City BKPSDM as a whole is already in the pretty good category. Implementation constraints, namely employees who have been equalized do not understand their new main tasks and functions and do not understand the use of IT technology in their work. Conclusion: Suggestions for the Bengkulu City BKPSDM should provide socialization regarding the main tasks and functions of functional officials as a result of equalization and provide training in the use of IT technology. ABSTRAK Masalah/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Efektivitas Penyetaraan Jabatan Pengawas Di Badan Kepegawaian Dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Bengkulu. Tujuan: maka penulis menganalisis bahwa efektivitas penyetaraan jabatan pengawas di BKPSDM Kota Bengkulu belum berjalan dengan maksimal. Metode: Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif, serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah dengan menggunakan pendekatan eksploratif, dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data kemudian penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efektivitas penyetaraan jabatan pengawas di BKPSDM Kota Bengkulu secara keseluruhan sudah berada pada kategori cukup baik. Kendala pelaksanaan yaitu pegawai yang telah disetarakan kurangnya memahami tugas pokok dan fungsi mereka yang baru dan kurang memahami terkait penggunaan teknologi IT dalam pekerjaannya. Kesimpulan: Saran untuk BKPSDM Kota Bengkulu sebaiknya memberikan sosialisasi terkait tugas pokok dan fungsi pejabat fungsional hasil penyetaraan dan memberikan pelatihan penggunaan teknologi IT.
