Abstract

ABSTRACK Problem Statement/Background (GAP): Technology management at the development assistance forum "Motesa Ngata" which uses the zoom meeting platform at Bappeda Palu City aims to analyze descriptive technology management in facilitating aspirational forums for the community. Awards and various nominations received by the Palu City Bappeda underlie this research. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of Technoware in technology management by Bappeda in the forum program "Motesa Ngata". Method: The concept of Technology Management which is a measure of the success of the "Motesa Ngata" Forum at Bappeda Kota Palu which consists of four dimensions, namely Technoware, Humanware, Infoware, and Orgaware which are described by the author into eleven indicators to achieve research targets. Results: The result found in this study is that there is no human resource recruitment procedure in the implementation of the "Motesa Ngata" Forum which uses the zoom meeting platform, from these shortcomings the author submits suggestions to propose human resource recruitment procedures in this forum program so that the implementation of the forum can run more optimally. Conclusion: it is concluded that this research is based on the concept of technology management, Bappeda Kota Palu can adjust to technological developments in carrying out regional planning and development as well as participation in giving birth to innovation by applying technology. ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Manajemen teknologi pada forum pendampingan pembangunan “Motesa Ngata” yang menggunakan platform zoom meeting di Bappeda Kota Palu bertujuan untuk menganalisis deskriptif manajemen teknologi dalam memfasilitasi wadah aspirasi bagi masyarakat. Penghargaan dan berbagai nominasi yang diterima oleh Bappeda Kota Palu mendasari melandasi penelitian ini. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan konsep Technoware pada manajemen teknologi oleh Bappeda dalam program forum ”Motesa Ngata”. Metode: Konsep Manajemen Teknologi yang menjadi ukuran keberhasilan Forum “Motesa Ngata” di Bappeda Kota Palu yang terdiri dari empat dimensi yaitu Technoware, Humanware, Infoware, dan Orgaware yang dijabarkan oleh penulis menjadi sebelas indikator untuk mencapai sasaran penelitian. Hasil/Temuan: Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum ada prosedur perekrutan sumber daya manusia dalam pelaksanaan Forum “Motesa Ngata” yang menggunakan platform zoom meeting, dari kekurangan tersebut makan penulis mengajukan saran untuk mengusulkan prosedur perekrutan sumber daya manusia dalam program forum ini agar dalam pelaksanaan forum dapat berjalan lebih maksimal. Kesimpulan: disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini yang dilandasi konsep manajemen teknologi, Bappeda Kota Palu mampu untuk menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi dalam melaksanakan perencanaan dan pembangunan daerah serta keikutsertaan dalam melahirkan inovasi dengan menerapkan teknologi.
