Abstract
ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Skripsi ini berjudul "Optimalisasi Website Asmatkab Sebagai Media Penyampaian Informasi Publik di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Asmat". Tujuan: dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan website Asmatkab sebagai media yang mendorong informasi publik yang efektif di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Asmat. Metode: yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis website asmatkab dan melakukan wawancara dengan pegawai Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Asmat yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan website tersebut serta masyarakat. Hasil/Temuan: dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas penggunaan website Asmatkab sebagai media yang membawa informasi publik di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Asmat, seperti desain website yang kurang menarik, kekurangan konten yang relevan, dan rendahnya promosi website kepada masyarakat. Kesimpulan: Untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan website Asmatkab sebagai media memasukkan informasi publik yang efektif, penelitian ini merekomendasikan beberapa strategi, seperti meningkatkan desain website yang menarik dan mudah digunakan, meningkatkan konten yang relevan dan informatif, dan meningkatkan promosi website kepada masyarakat melalui media sosial dan iklan online. Dengan melakukan optimalisasi ini, diharapkan penggunaan website Asmatkab sebagai media pendorong informasi publik dapat lebih efektif dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Asmat. Kata kunci: Optimalisasi, website, Media dan Informasi PubliK ABSTRACT Problems/Background (GAP): This thesis is entitled "Optimizing the Asmatkab Website as a Media for Public Information Submission at the Asmat Regency Communication and Informatics Office". Purpose: of this research is to optimize the use of the Asmatkab website as a medium that encourages effective public information at the Asmat Regency Communication and Informatics Service. Method: used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. This research was conducted by analyzing the Asmatkab website and conducting interviews with employees of the Asmat Regency Communication and Information Service who are responsible for managing the website and the community. Results/Findings: from this study shows that there are several factors that influence the effectiveness of using the Asmatkab website as a medium that carries public information at the Asmat District Communication and Informatics Office, such as unattractive website design, lack of relevant content, and low website promotion to the public . Conclusion: To optimize the use of the Asmatkab website as a medium for entering effective public information, this study recommends several strategies, such as improving website design that is attractive and easy to use, increasing relevant and informative content, and increasing website promotion to the public through social media and online advertising . By optimizing this, it is hoped that the use of the Asmatkab website as a medium for encouraging public information can be more effective and beneficial for the people of Asmat Regency.
