Abstract

ABSTRACT Problem Statement/Background: This research is motivated by the implementation of village head elections in Central Lampung district which still uses a manual system. The PMK Service of the Lampung Regency Government is currently making an alternative election using the e-voting system. Purpose: The innovation of implementing e-voting in village head elections aims to change the system that was previously carried out using a manual system into an electronic system in the democratic process. Metode: This study uses a descriptive method with an inductive approach. The theory used in this research is the Theory of Application of Calculation Technology in Elections by Heroik M. Pratama & Nurul Amali Salabi.. Result: The findings obtained by the authors in this study are the application of e-voting in Pilkakam in Central Lampung Regency, the process of socialization and simulation in villages where e-voting is applied, and the election process using e-voting. Conclusion: The application of e-voting provides advantages, namely saving time, saving budget, and transparency. Research on the application of technology in the form of e-voting in village head elections has been carried out effectively in 5 (five) selected villages out of 82 (eighty�two). Keywords:Application, E-voting, Village Head Election ABSTRAK Permasalahan/Latar Belakang (GAP): Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pelaksanaan Pemilihan Kepala Kampung di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah yang masih menggunakan sistem manual. Dinas PMK Pemkab Lampung tengah membuat elternatif pemilihan menggunakan sistem e-voting. Tujuan: Inovasi penerapan e-voting pada pemilihan kepala kampung bertujuan supaya dalam proses demokrasi terdadapat perubahan sistem yang sebelum nya dilaksakan menggunakan sistem manual dirubah menjadi sistem elektronik. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Teori yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah Teori Penerapan Teknologi Perhitungan dalam Pemilu oleh Heroik M. Pratama & Nurul Amali Salabi. Hasil/Temuan: Temuan yang diperoleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu penerapan e-voting pada Pilkakam di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, proses sosialisasi dan simulasi pada kampung yang di terapkan e-voting, dan proses pemilihan menggunakan e�voting. Kesimpulan: Penerapan e-voting memberikan Kelebihan pada yaitu menghemat waktu, menghemat anggaran, dan transparansi. Penelitian penerapan teknologi berupa e�voting pada pemilihan kepala kampung sudah terlaksana secara efektif pada 5 (lima) kampung terpilih dari 82 (delapan puluh dua).
