Abstract
ABSTRAK Makam Guru Sekumpul merupakan sebuah kawasan religi yang berada di Kelurahan Sekumpul, Kecamatan Martapura Kota, Kabupaten Banjar. Kawasan religi ini tak pernah sepi dari peziarah yang berasal dari berbagai kalangan, mulai dari peziarah lokal, nasional, mancanegara, bahkan tokoh publik hingga politisi tanah air. Ketenaran kawasan religi ini memberikan dampak positif kepada masyarakat yang berada disekitar Makam Guru Sekumpul, terutama bagi masyarakat yang berprofesi sebagai pedagang, sebab masyarakat dapat memperoleh penghasilan dengan cara menjajakan dagangannya kepada para peziarah. Adapun jumlah kunjungan dan pengeluaran wisatawan merupakan salah satu tolak ukur berhasilnya pembangunan pariwisata. Apabila pembangunan pariwisata tercapai, maka peningkatan ekonomi dan pendapatan masyarakat juga dapat diwujudkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kunjungan wisata, fasilitas, dan aksesibilitas kawasan religi Makam Guru Sekumpul terhadap pendapatan masyarakat di Kelurahan Sekumpul Kecamatan Martapura Kota Kabupaten Banjar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Probability Sampling dengan model Simple Random Sampling (SRS). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat sekitar kawasan religi Makam Guru Sekumpul yang berprofesi sebagai pedagang. Data dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis berupa aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas dan aksesibilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan masyarakat, namun tidak dengan kunjungan wisata. Lebih lanjut, apabila ketiga variabel bekerja secara bersamaan (simultan) dapat memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap pendapatan masyarakat. Hal ini sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung -0.933 < t tabel 1.991, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 ditolak, yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh kunjungan wisata terhadap pendapatan masyarakat. Dan diperoleh hasil nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai F hitung 23.293 > F tabel 2.720, sehingga H4 diterima, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh X1, X2 dan X3 secara simultan terhadap Y. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam membuktikan faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh besar terhadap pendapatan masyarakat. Di harapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah, pengelola kawasan religi serta masyarakat sekitar dalam mengoptimalkan faktor tersebut guna tercapainya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. ABSTRACT The Sekumpul Guru Cemetery is a religious area located in the Sekumpul Village, Martapura Kota District, Banjar Regency. This religious area is never empty of pilgrims from various backgrounds, ranging from local, national, foreign pilgrims, even public figures to Indonesian politicians. The fame of this religious area has had a positive impact on the people around the Sekumpul Guru Cemetery, especially for people who work as traders, because people can earn income by selling their wares to pilgrims. The number of tourist visits and spending is one measure of the success of tourism development. If tourism development is achieved, an increase in the economy and people's income can also be realized. This study aims to determine how much influence tourist visits, facilities, and accessibility of the Sekumpul Teacher's Cemetery have on people's income in Sekumpul Village, Martapura District, City, Banjar Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sampling technique using the Probability Sampling method with the Simple Random Sampling (SRS) model. Respondents in this study were the people around the religious area of the Sekumpul Guru Cemetery who work as traders. Data were analyzed using an analytical tool in the form of the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The results showed that facilities and accessibility had a significant effect on people's income, but not tourist visits. Furthermore, if the three variables work simultaneously (simultaneous) it can have a large influence on people's income. This is shown by the t-value of -0.933 <t-table 1.991, so it can be concluded that H1 is rejected, which means that there is no effect of tourist visits on people's income. And the results obtained are a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a calculated F value of 23,293 > F table 2,720, so that H4 is accepted, which means that there is an effect of X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously on Y. So it can be concluded that this research contributes to proving any factors which has a major impact on people's income. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as material for consideration for the government, managers of religious areas and the surrounding community in optimizing these factors in order to achieve an increase in people's income.
